“Being a teacher has changed my life in the best way. I love being able to provide an environment where my students can make discoveries about their own strengths and weaknesses, learn about themselves through music and expression, and challenge themselves to try new things.
I had some incredible mentors growing up, who empowered me to explore my own likes and dislikes, abilities and roadblocks, and I am proud to continue on that path.
Because of my training in both musical theatre and classical voice, I provide a well-rounded and holistic lesson experience that incorporates body awareness, text expression and of course, good technique.
I believe that these concepts apply to any instrument that you play, be in voice, piano, or otherwise. Vocal health is hugely important to me, as is cultivating a joy and appreciation for making music.”
